Reporting an Issue
Please call (973) 857-4804 (between 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.) or (973) 239-5000 (after normal office hours), and provide your name and phone number. Your report will be given to the supervisor and your call will be returned.
This Form will allow you to report all problems with trees located on public property.

Provides service to medical appointments up to 5 miles out of town for a nominal cost.

Pets and Licensing
A pet license application form can be found here.
Licenses expire on January 31, 2020. Please renew you license before February 1st. Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented when applying for or renewing a license.
The license fee is $10 for spayed or neutered dogs, $13 for unspayed or unneutered dogs, payable by cash or check only.
Licenses can be acquired or renewed during regular work hours at the Health Office at Verona Community Center, 880 Bloomfield Ave, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.

Free rabies vaccination clinics are held semi-annually in the spring and fall through the Montclair Health Dept.

It is strongly recommended to call ahead to make an appointment at 973-857-4800 or 973-857-4824 or visit us at 880 Bloomfield Ave. at the Verona Community Center. Evening hours are also available at the Community Center on the first Monday of every month from 4:30pm-7:30pm, unless it lands on a holiday.
