Enter the total square footage of the property.
Multiply Property Size (A) by the maximum permitted lot coverage percentage for your zone district.
Include sheds, freestanding garages, etc.
Include concrete walkways, patios, driveways, etc. — all covered surfaces except grass.
Add items C through F. This value must be less than or equal to B, or a Bulk Variance Application will be required.
If calculations were prepared by a licensed Architect and/or Engineer, a raised seal must be affixed.
Print the name of the person who prepared the impervious lot coverage calculations.
