Verona Hometown Heroes:

Verona is kicking off our Hometown Heroes Campaign, honoring Veterans  who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom and were either “Killed-In-Action” or “Missing-In Action” on the battlefields worldwide. We cannot forget the bravery and dedication of our HOMETOWN HEROS who gave their lives during active service to our country. Each of these heroes lived in Verona at the time of their service. The Hometown Heroes campaign seeks sponsors to place vinyl banners that will hang on the light posts in the downtown area in the weeks preceding and following Memorial Day and Veterans Day. Your sponsorship will fund the cost and maintenance of the 18”x 36” banners and brackets for years  to come. Your name will appear on our website as a gracious donor of the program and you will receive recognition at a meeting of the Township Council.
