Pool Membership Information
Welcome to the 2026 Season of the Verona Community Pool (VCP)
Registration:
- January 5th, 2026 (Verona Residents)
- February 2nd , 2026 (Non-residents with current VCP Member Referral)
- March 2nd, 2026 (Non-resident)
- After May 1st a $50 administration fee will be added to all registrations
- Pool registration can be completed online or in person. Please refer to the below information on how to complete your registration.

For an efficient and seamless registration process, we kindly request that if you plan to pay in cash you bring exact change when possible.
New Resident Members:
First-time pool members or if you are adding a new family member to your current membership, you will need a membership tag issued. Digital Photos for all family members are required. You can email those photos to poolmembership@veronanj.org or membership photos can be taken at the Verona Community Center Recreation Office (880 Bloomfield Ave). Membership tags can ONLY be picked up at the Verona Community Center Recreation Department. MEMERSHIP TAGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT THE POOL.Â
Two forms of ID (valid photo of driver's license with Verona address & recent utility bill) will be required to pick up pool membership tags.
*** Note: Please keep your tags that are issued to you. They will be reactivated and re-used for future seasons ***
Returning Resident Members:
Your membership tags from previous seasons will be reactivated upon registration. Profile pictures will need to be updated for all members 26 years of age or younger. Please see instructions above for digital photo instructions.Â
Non-Resident Registration
During the 2026 pool season, one hundred pool memberships will be available for non-residents. To qualify for a non-resident membership, the following criteria must be fulfilled:
- Non-resident memberships must be paid in full at the time of approved registration.
- From February 2nd to February 28th, registration is reserved for friends and families of  2026 Verona  Community Pool members.
- Non-resident registration opens on March 2nd for all Essex County non-residents living within 1.25 miles of the Verona border. This includes Caldwell, North Caldwell, West Caldwell, Cedar Grove, Fairfield, Essex Fells, Roseland, Montclair, and West Orange.
- Non-residents memberships outside of the above mentioned radius may be referred by a current 2026 Verona Community Pool member.
The cost for non-resident memberships is $1,000.

How to obtain your membership badges:

2026 Verona Community Pool Membership Options & Fees
| Family Membership (Resident) Available to one or two adults per household and their unmarried dependent children 26 years of age or younger living at the same residence. Children under 18 months of age do not require a membership and are admitted free of charge. Â | $710 |
| Caregiver (Resident) Only one caregiver badge registration is permitted per membership. Caregiver badge can be added to another membership type to allow for pool entry for a caregiver that provides member assistance/care. (Examples include: a sitter for children or assistant for an individual with a disability or an older adult requiring assistance). Â | $177 |
| Couple (Resident) Two adults per household  | $642 |
| Parent-Guardian/Child (Resident) One parent/guardian and one child 24 years of age or younger  | $608 |
| Individual (Resident) 18 years of age or older  | $467 |
| Individual Twilight (Resident) 18 years of age or older with pool access from 4pm on seven days a week  | $277 |
| Senior Citizen (Resident) Individual 62 years of age or older  | $228 |
| Non-Resident Membership Individual or family residing in a municipality that is within 1.25 miles of a Verona border or an individual or family who is referred by a current 2026 pool member regardless of where they reside. Â | $1,000 |
| Adult Guest Pass Individual 18 years of age or older that enters with an adult member  | $21 |
| Child Guest pass Individual 17 years of age or younger that enters with an adult member  | $16 |
