The Township of Verona Municipal Court is located in Town Hall, 600 Bloomfield Ave, on the second floor. The Court office is open daily from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. The Court sessions are held on the first and third Wednesdays at 5 p.m., and second and fourth Wednesdays at 9 a.m. The Municipal Court hears disorderly persons, petty disorderly persons offenses, traffic, borough ordinances, health code violations, NJSPCA, Weights and Measures and Division of Fish and Wildlife violations. The court is presided by Judge John A. Paparazzo. The Prosecutor is Brian Aloia and the Public Defender is William R. Fried, Jr. Traffic tickets can be paid online at NJMCdirect.com. The Verona Court accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards for payment Community Dispute Resolution (mediation) sessions are scheduled at the discretion of the Judge.
