What you need to know to vote in the November 3, 2020 General Election:

In Person Voting in Verona:

The Verona High School Old & New Gymnasiums, 151 Fairview Avenue, will be designated as the ONLY polling locations in Verona for the General Election. Disabled voters may vote at this location from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm by machine. Voters who did not receive a Vote-By-Mail ballot, or wish to vote in-person may vote by PROVISIONAL ballot at the polling location from 6:00 am - 8:00 pm on November 3, 2020. *Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, voters are asked to wear masks and gloves while inside the building.

Mail-in Ballots:

Mail-In Ballots started getting mailed out on Friday, September 25, 2020.  You can drop your completed ballot in the Secure Ballot Drop Box right in Verona 24 hours a day, 7 days a week up until 8:00 pm on Election Day! The Secure Ballot Drop Box is located in front of the Verona Police Department, 600 Bloomfield Ave. as pictured below. The County will retrieve all deposited ballots daily. You can place your ballot in any of the drop boxes located throughout Essex County up until 8:00 pm on November 3, 2020.  Essex County Drop Box Locations
