Join us every Wednesday evening in August for a friendly, invigorating, centering and relaxing flow in the beautiful outdoors. Bring your own mat. No yoga experience necessary. Enter Verona Park from the entrance across from Verona Yoga, at Lakeside and Bloomfield Avenue. A portion of the proceeds will support Sustainable Verona. Each participant will receive a reusable shopping tote.
