Recycling Rules
Newspapers must be placed in a re-usable container or tied. Commingled should be placed in a re-usable container.

Also, if the residents place recyclables in a garbage can, the can should be clearly marked "RECYCLING". The cans should not be too heavy.

Please note that as of May 20, 2005 the price of Leaf Bags will go up to $0.30.

Broken Streetlights
Get the number of the light pole and then call PSE&G at 1-800-436-7734. This is an automated response line that make reporting the broken light fast and easy.

Water Leaks
Report to the Public Works Department at the contact numbers at the top of this page. If it is an emergency, night, or weekend, call the police department at non-emergency number at 973-857-4809.
